Small Group Performance Training
Our unique programs and training methods are designed for all fitness levels. Sessions are intended to be convenient and time efficient by maximizing your training efforts with the latest functional strength and performance training methods to maximize fat loss. These sessions are designed to burn the most calories in the shortest time possible to optimize the metabolic effect of functional training. Most members will have these small group sessions programmed in to their personal program design as it is the best option for fat loss in the gym. At Strive, we combine the fun of boot camp with the leadership of personal training! You will get amazing results, have fun and share the cost of training making it affordable and accessible.
Semi-Private Personal Training
These sessions are functional strength training designed to boost metabolism, build strength and stability throughout the entire body based on your desired results. Enjoy the benefits of working with our Team of Fitness Coaches while sharing the cost with other clients. A great way to get the special attention from a fitness coach to focus on more technical exercises while being pushed to make results a bigger part of your time spent in the gym. Sessions are scheduled according to your workout times, just like personal training.
One:on:One Fitness Coaching
Do you have a special event or goal you are training for or working through an injury? Do you prefer a the full attention and specialization of one coach? One:on:one specialty training is provided for clients who need extra program design or specialty training.
