Inbody Assessment

At Strive, we only use the BEST tools to help our clients get results. As an added value to our training members, we provide The InBody Test as a part of our monthly On-Point Assessment. The InBody is a body composition analysis with no guessing, no estimations.

Only impedance is used to determine your body composition results; no statistical data or empirical equations are used or required to predict your body composition. 30 SECOND TEST -that’s all it takes.

InBody will measure your fat, muscle, and water levels in less than a minute. No dunking. No pinching. No discomfort. Simply stand on the device and hold the hand electrodes to test.
The InBody goes beyond traditional body composition analysis. It not only analyzes how much fat and muscle you have, but it also measures your Total Body Water. This analysis is critical in helping us determine the quality of your results and creating a training and nutrition plan.

Personal Fitness Coaching

These sessions are functional strength training designed to boost metabolism, build strength and stability throughout the entire body based on your desired results. Enjoy the benefits of working with our Team of Fitness Coaches while sharing the cost with other clients. A great way to get the special attention from a fitness coach to focus on more technical exercises while being pushed to make results a bigger part of your time spent in the gym. Sessions are scheduled according to your workout times, just like personal training.

Small Group Training

Our unique programs and training methods are designed for all fitness levels. Sessions are intended to be convenient and time efficient by maximizing your training efforts with the latest functional strength and performance training methods to maximize fat loss. These sessions are designed to burn the most calories in the shortest time possible to optimize the metabolic effect of functional training.  Most members will have these small group sessions programmed in to their personal program design as it is the best option for fat loss in the gym.  At Strive, we combine the fun of boot camp with the leadership of personal training!  You will get amazing results, have fun and share the cost of training making it affordable and accessible.

Program by Design

Are you a ‘DIY” kind of person but would like some guidance and support to help you get the best results? Our Program Design App is the perfect tool to help keep your workouts fresh and track your progress. The app will track your nutrition and store all your workouts and statistics. We will update it every 4-6 weeks with new workouts and we even have travel workouts to keep you on track when you are away from the gym.
